White label sportsbook provider delivers progressive jackpot function to increase player engagement

Altenar, a leading sportsbook and iGaming software provider, has enhanced its comprehensive promotional tool offering with the launch of a new Rewards System.

By using the proprietary tool, operators can now promote large prize pools with the aim of generating more traffic and elevating player engagement.

Bets placed on pre-specified sports, championships, events or markets will be eligible for prizes, with betting activity used to award tickets, which equate to rewards entries.

At the end of each campaign, the total prize pool will then be distributed to players according to rules set by operators. The payout structure can offer a single large prize or smaller prizes to multiple players.

Clients operating multiple brands can also run campaigns across all sites, allowing prize pools to build up and create further excitement. Participation is free for players and the reward entry can be used to promote loyalty and increase revenue.

Dinos Doxiadis, Altenar’s Sportsbook Product Development Manager, said: “We are staying true to our principles which is to provide our operators with great tools that will help them grow. This project was designed to bring casino-style rewards to sportsbooks and give the option to our operators to utilise them as they want.

“We are versatile enough to support custom payout structures so our operators can create different styles of campaigns (one big winner, or a large number of small ones) and we’ve also included engagement thresholds for payout eligibility to encourage users to bet more. We consider it another nice innovation and another reason why we stand out.”
